Waveland Partners LLC is a real estate asset creation and management firm
founded by Edward M. Polich and Nicholas F. Wilder. Waveland Partners' approach
to real estate development and advisory services reflects the over 50 combined
years of experience of the founding partners of the firm and their unique and
innovative integration of the tasks of Land Use Planning, Building Design,
Financing and Marketing.
